We are open all year round.
Monday – Friday
10am - 12noon/4pm - 5pm
Weekends, Bank Holidays, and Viewings
10am - 12noon
Minimum stay applies over Christmas 24th December - 27th December
We are closed, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day for drop-off’s and collections.
Terms & Conditions
We are fully licensed Kennels and Cattery and inspected by Trafford Borough Council.
Viewing times are between 10 and 12 noon Mon-Sun. However, if you cannot make this time please contact us to make an appointment for a convenient time.
Boarding prices are based per night.
Reduced rates do not apply for supplying your own food.
All dates booked must be paid for.
Deposits paid are non-refundable.
Payment is by cash or card on arrival.
Vaccinations
All pets must be fully vaccinated, and we will require proof by way of vaccination card or vet receipt.
All cats must be immunised for feline influenza and feline enteritis
All dogs must be immunised for parvovirus and canine distemper (please see your vet about doing these). We also strongly recommend that your dog is protected against kennel cough.
If a pet becomes ill, a vet will be called. You will be contacted so please ensure that we have your most up to date contact details. If you cannot be contacted, then we will arrange for our own vet to be used. The owner will be responsible for any costs incurred.
We recommend your pet is insured.
